Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or change your order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations and refunds as long as they are requested within the time frames outlined below.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
